Base, Pro, and Systems use Stripe-hosted subscription checkout. After payment, Stripe sends the client to the add-on/onboarding page to flag sales-tax filing, Accounts Payable, or 1099 support for scoped follow-up.
Add-ons are intentionally requested after checkout and confirmed before any extra billing is added.
